A couple of weeks ago we had a beautiful snow storm that left everything covered in soft white fluffiness. I thought, wouldn't it be nice to go out a take a few quick snapshots for our Christmas card? As soon as the words left my mouth, I knew I was in for it!
Clayton doesn't like the cold so the idea of standing outside in freezing temperatures no matter how pretty the surroundings are.. does NOT appeal to him. However he decided to be a semi good sport about it out of the goodness of his heart (and a few threats of no dinner that I may have snuck in :D)
When we got out to the location I found and unloaded the kids from the car, Cooper suddenly noticed the snow for the first time and decided almost immediately that he did not like it one bit!
From that point the entire mini shoot was a disaster. The only person cooperating was Adam who thinks the snow is the best thing ever :)
We did manage to get one decent family picture out of the 20 or so that my sister in law snapped of us so I was able to do a Christmas card after all :)
Next year I think I'm only going to put the "bloopers" on the card instead of any that actually turn out..there are way more bloopers to choose from!!

It only counts as a fail if NONE of the pictures turn out. ;) Love the outtakes.
