This is one of my favorite families!! I'm so excited that they are hoping to adopt again. Jen is one of my dearest and sweetest friends and I am thrilled to spotlight her beautiful family.If you know of a woman who is thinking about making an adoption plan for her baby please consider them!

We first met at a church activity in 1999. After dating for 3 years, developing an amazing friendship and growing more and more in love, we were married in the San Diego Temple. Immediately after, we moved from California, where we were both born and raised, to Utah where Sean earned his BS in Human Development, and Jen earned her AA in Office Management. Since then, Sean has continued his education and has received his Ed.S graduate degree in Educational Psychology and is now a School Psychologist.

Jen is a stay-at-home mommy to Carson and Addison, who both joined our family through the miracle of adoption. We are humbled every day by the amazing courage of our children's birth parents and their decision to place them for adoption. We feel so blessed to have an open adoption and to have them in our lives.

Sean enjoys anything that has to do with sports, but especially enjoys snowboarding, golf, tennis and basketball. He also loves music and enjoys playing his guitar and filling his ipod with new music. He loves to have fun and is always willing to try new things.

Jen loves to read, blog, snow ski, take cooking classes and try new recipes, and grew up playing softball her entire life. Jen also volunteers on the Families Supporting Adoption board and enjoys facilitating and presenting in local schools to promote adoption.

Carson loves playing with friends and nearly everyday has a handful of his buddies over to play. He is in preschool and loves learning. We are always impressed by how intelligent he is and how much he loves discovering new things. He already has a love for t-ball, gymnastics, swimming, riding his razor scooter and most of all, soccer. He is a very loving big brother and enjoys teaching his sister new things and how to have fun.

Addison is the sweetest, cutest little girl! She is learning new words everyday, is growing way too fast, and is so expressive. She loves music and likes to sing along when we sing to her, and loves to dance whenever she hears music. She also loves her baby dolls, books, and discovering the world around her.
.
As a family, we love to spend time together and something that we love to do the most is travel. We try to travel somewhere fun at least once a year. In our free time we enjoy riding our bikes along the river trail by our house with the kids in their bike trailer, playing outdoors—including hiking, camping and enjoying nature, exploring fun, new things for the kids to enjoy, going to the movies and anything that involves being together.
