Finally! A warm day!

Today was such a beautiful day and we totally took advantage of it! We headed to Hogle Zoo first thing this morning and although the day started out a bit chilly it eventually warmed up and we had a blast.


This little owl only has 1 eye but he was a cutie!


Adam loved all the monkey exhibits especially the Gorilla's. He wanted to see how he measure up..what a cutie :)

So glad that we came to the zoo to see REAL animals and all Adam wanted to do was ride the FAKE ones on the carousel over and over! Good thing we have a zoo memebership :D ....

FYI- This may or may not be the reason that the baby giraffe died...Giraffes should not be licking buildings..seriously we watched this Giraffe for over 10 minutes and he wasn't about to stop so we finally left..lol

This peacock was strutting his stuff all over the place..it made for a beautiful picture!

We got home in the late afternoon, went to dinner and then came back home to play T-ball and ride bikes until bedtime...Dare I say spring is finally here??
