One of the things that I think are essential for any hopeful adopting couple these days are great pass-along cards.

They are a fantastic way to spread the word that you are hoping to adopt to family, friends, church leaders, neighbors, coworkers and basically anyone else you can think of!

A pass-along card can have your family picture, names, contact info, links to blogs and on-line profiles and any other info you care to pass on.

It's generally a 2"x3.5" (business card size) with glossy printing and can be double sided.

Spacesforfaces has a fantastic website where you can get a custom pass-along card created AND printed just for you.

Jill over at Spaces for faces created our adoption pass-along cards. I gave her the color scheme I was thinking of going with..blue and black (I wanted the card to be blue to match the color of Adam's shirt in our family picture) and told her I wanted something modern with circles...within a day she had several different great designs for me to choose from!! She had some great suggestions and also took everything I wanted into consideration and I was thrilled with how ours turned out! I ordered 1000 cards and within a week I had to order 500 more because we'd passed them all out!

We got so many compliments on our pass-along cards and had many of our friends, family and neighbors handing our cards out to women they knew who were considering placing their baby for adoption
